 Description

Feature request to not delete DB when deleting last collection.

Customer uses Spring Framework. It creates the collections at run time but it cannot create the DB.
Compass currently deletes the DB when the last collection is deleted. He would like us to consider modifying that behavior to make DB deletion another step or make the behavior configurable.

This is MongoDB's behavior. It works the same with the shell, and it works the same with the node driver (and I assume any other driver).
