Indicate error people will see if Atlas whitelist is not enabled.

 Description

If you connect to an Atlas cluster and you have not added your local IP to the whitelist the Compass just fails to connect with no error what so ever. Would be good to throw up some kind of failure to connect error.

Better still flag a white list issue if you can tell the connection is an Atlas connection.
