I understand Compass hides system collection however system.profile is intended to be accessed by users and there is not a great way to visualize that data for Atlas users. OM and CM users have the visual profiler but Atlas does not have that. Users of Atlas are left with the command-line to browse the profiling data |

Second this issue - compass hiding system collections is just annoying and confusing |
