 Description   

Customer reports inability to use SSH tunneling to an Atlas cluster primary with Compass 1.13.0 on Windows. Customer selected "Primary Preferred" read preference and specified the hostname of the Atlas cluster primary member. There are no exceptions shown in the DevTools console.

An error occurred while loading navigation: 'not master and slaveOk=false'
