 Description   

It appears GeoIP calculations are centered on 0 longitude instead of where the user's cursor/screen is.

Thus when searches are near and cross the international date line results get noticeably slower and one gets odd behavior as one moves across it.

( Actually using Compass 1.15.2 but get error "Version with id '1.15.2' does not exist" when trying to specify the version in Jira. )
