The issue exists on Compass 1.15.4 on Ubuntu 16.04, OpenJDK 1.8.0_181 |

Reopening this ticket because the error message is subtly different and the problem is still present in Compass 1.15.4 on Windows 7. Specifically, if the Compass users exits Compass 1.15.4 on Windows 7 using the operating system provided close button ("X"), attempting to restart Compass leads to the reported javascript error dialog.
