 Description   

Hi All,

After Running Installation with the default values selected. The DB Compass is not installed.

Environment:
-Windows 10 64bit & Windows 2016 64bit
Steps:
-Run Installer (mongodb-win32-x86_64-2012plus-4.2.1-signed.msi)
-Press Next
-Tick Accept Terms in License Agreement

-Press Next
-Select Complete
-Press Next
-Check if Install MongoDB Compass is checked
-Press Next
-Press Install
-The Installer shows the ff.

Expected:
-Should Install MongDB Compass

Actual:
-The MongoDB Compass is not installed only MongoDB Server is installed

-Checked In Folder

This is a problem with the server installer and the script that installs Compass that has been a bit flaky. Not something that we need to fix on the Compass side.

I am moving this issue to the COMPASS project as the SERVER project is for bugs and feature requests for the MongoDB server.
