 Description

Version is 1.23.0-Beta.2 (version not in Jira field)

Created a single Index. After querying and filtering a small collection in Documents, Schema, and Aggregations tabs and navigating to Indexes tab. Also using mongoSH Beta to add documents and run find() commands. Click on Cmd+r to Refresh screen. Can see the Usage count increase by 2 every time. Have tried to "Reset" on the other tabs. No change.

Leaving database and returning to same database and Indexes tab, sometimes the Cmd+r does not change the Usage count by 2.

Query was sometimes on newly created Index, sometimes not. Still trying to reproduce consistently.

When you refresh, no matter in which tab you are, we refresh indexes, documents, explain, etc. For documents, we run 2 queries, one to display the results and one for the count of results. Therefore the index is used twice every time.
