Just wanted to confirm that in my case, these things do seem to be working correctly with the 1.27.0-beta.7 |

This bug seems to be gone in the latest Compass 1.27 beta, we'll check the behavior and update the ticket. |

I'm sorry, this was my first time submitting an issue and I don't see how to edit the issue to add to the "description" section, so I'll add the relevant info in this comment. Problem Description I installed Compass last night, connected it to a locally hosted MongoDB version 5.0.0-rc0, as can be seen in the screenshot. I then navigated to a database, and was shown the collection in that database. On that screen, it shows "0" under the columns for "Documents", "Total Document Size" and "Total Index Size". If I click the collection, the next window does give me access to all of the documents in the collection. However, the header on that screen also shows "N/A" for "Documents", "Total Size", "Average Size", and "Indexes. Steps to Reproduce View a collection through Compass, note whether you can see any values other than "0" or "N/A" on the "Collections" screen or once you've clicked into the collection. Expected Results Should at the very least see the actual total number of documents in a collection, as well as the size of those documents. Actual Results Instead of the real values for the total number of documents or size of those documents, you get either "0" or "N/A" values. |
