We want to poll our Compass users directly within the app to compute Net Promoter Score (NPS). We should leverage Intercom for this. Intercom does not directly support polls (yet) but does allow us to reach out to users and share links. Intercom FAQ: Can I send surveys using Intercom Acceptance criteria:

Thanks, sam.weaver. Let's start breaking this story down into tasks then and get it prioritized. If we go the delighted route, let's also make sure to include a task for working with procurement. Given the FY is just about to close, we may want to start this conversation with procurement sooner rather than later. |

Cloud has been using delighted for NPS. Perhaps worth touching base with our account manager at Intercom to see if they support this now. |
