 Description

When building an index, the user can specify a variety of options, including background, unique, ttl, and a partial index expression. MongoDB 3.4 adds another possible option that can be specified, which is collation options for the index. Since collations are one of the headline features of the 3.4 core server, Compass should be able to create indexes that use non-default collations.
