 Description

From Slack:

We can discuss if we want to have toggles for boolean options, it would be actually ok from my point of view. But the bigger issue here is that the info banner doesn’t give enough context, and it opens always in a different part of the modal, and sometimes is not even visible unless the user scrolls.
Other things..
1. Settings option in under the Help section, but we should move it under MongoDB Compass menu
2. Navigation (General, Theme, Privacy) the text is centered aligned (which is was not the intention) and sometimes 2 options in the menu are highlighted at the same time.
3. Update light theme illustration, because it’s not very visible.
