When I try to import a collection from a valid JSON file, after I select the JSON file the wizzard disappears and any error was found in Compass logs. |

Thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately there was a bug in the file type detection that we've just fixed. There's a new beta out that contains the fix (https://github.com/mongodb-js/compass/releases/tag/v1.36.2-beta.1) as well as a fix for a separate CSV file related memory leak. We'll get a release out with the fixes ASAP. |

I uninstalled Compass and I installed Compass 1.34.2 and now it works well |
