I just checked with version 1.40.3 and things have gotten worse, now it won't even start: [9753:1012/113913.674432:FATAL:spawn_subprocess.cc(221)] posix_spawn: Permission denied (13)
Update: Sorry for the noise, I had unassigned exec permissions to chrome_crashpad_handler and chrome-sandbox and that's why it wasn't working. I have fixed it and everything seems to work perfectly. If nobody has any inconvenience I think the bug can be closed. |

Hi rhys.howell@mongodb.com - I just checked with version 1.40.2 and the problem persists. After a couple of seconds after starting the application the window goes completely blank. It can be easily tested with a virtual machine running Ubuntu LTS (22.04). Simply boot Ubuntu in a virtualbox or similar, install the compass .deb package, run it and you will see the error. |
