 Description   

The padding element has been removed from the validate collection command results. We'll be defaulting this field to 1.0 when it doesn't exist in the document.

Changing the type of the Padding property of ValidateCollectionResult is a backward breaking change.

Would it make sense to default to a value of 1.0 if the response document does not contain a "padding" element?
