 Description

I'm running my program and having this error thrown every once in a while and fairly rarely: I was using the official MongoDriver with C#, one version back. Just updated to the newest one.

However, it's not the first time this has happened.. and I'm not sure how to debug it either.. it appears to be telling me that this is occurring within the MongoDB.Bson dll.. hard to read this error message though. ______________________________________________________________

I have not seen this before, but after searching the web for CLR20r3 it appears that this is WER (Windows Event Reporting) logging that an application crashed because of an unhandled exception.

It appears from the information that:

1. The application is Edge360.MongoFeeder.exe
2. The exception was thrown from MondoDB.Bson.dll
3. The exception thrown was System.FormatException

The most common scenario in whch the BSON layer throws a FormatException is when it is decoding BSON and encounters invalid bytes.

I would recommend finding a way to catch and log the unhandled exception. At that point we might be able to tell what the application and/or driver was doing when the unhandled exception was thrown.
