| Description |

Currently, we don't appear to have standardized on whether or not we want to include a newline at the end of a file. This can be annoying as some editors/IDEs will automatically insert that newline, creating an unnecessary and momentarily disorienting diff. I would recommend that we standardize on including the newline at the end of the file.
