Currently all commands are sent to the primary. But some commands could be sent to secondaries (e.g. Count). Add support for sending commands to secondaries. Perhaps the driver should even use the listCommands command to determine which command can be sent to secondaries. |

This issue is related to read preference and should probably be implemented at the same time. |
