 Description

Use:

AstExpression.Multiply(args...)

instead of:

new AstNaryExpression(AstNaryOperator.Multiply, args...)

to support $multiply flattening.

Note that this requires changing $multiplyl from a binary operator to an nary operator.

I don't think constant folding is needed here but it can always be added later if we end up needing it after all.
