 Description   

While fixing CSHARP-4562 we discovered that we should add a call to EvaluatePartially to resolve the issue. This is probably true if other methods in the same file as well.

I checked that all methods in LinqProviderAdapterV3 that take an Expression already call PartialEvaluator.EvaluatePartially.
