The legacy C++ driver is not planning to implement support for this. The old mechanisms for these operations has not been deprecated in 3.2, which means the earliest it could be deprecated would be mongodb 3.4, which is the last release that we intend to support with the legacy C++ driver. Since the old mechanisms will continue to work, it does not make sense to undertake the considerable refactoring work that would be required to implement these as commands in the legacy driver. |

mark.benvenuto Agreed - Please add a dependency on the ticket for find and getMore commands to this one. |

We will need to support find and getMore as commands if we want to support readConcern. |
