 Description   

To denote repetition, the document uses the asterisk notation from the BSON specification. For example, int64* indicates that one or more of the specified type can be written to the socket, one after another.

This notation is used in two different meanings.
OP_INSERT uses it, where it means 1 or more.

OP_GET_MORE uses it, where it means 0 or more

Furthermore, the bson spec actually says it means 0 or more, not 1 or more, like that statement claims
