 Description

The Cloud Manager documentation on x.509 for backup agent states that a MongoDB Enterprise build is required to use backup agents with cloud manager. This does not appear to be the case since MongoDB 3.0 Community builds now include SSL and x.509 support. None of the other x.509 docs reference any such limitation (https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/core/security-x.509/).

Perhaps we should move that paragraph to a "Note" block specifically for those still using 2.6 with CM.
