Hi Mos, Checking in with you on this subject. Could you please let us know if you have an active MongoDB subscription so that we can continue supporting you on your issue on Ops Manager, or if you have talked to your Account Executive about the subscription? Thanks, |

Hi Mos, Please note that the DOCS project is only intended for reporting issues/enhancements for MongoDB documentation. If you have any questions on MongoDB, you can use Stackoverflow, or post your questions in our community forum mongodb-user Google Group. The MongoDB team tries to help out in that forum, and in addition other community members might be able to help you. Having said that, the issue reported here is related to Ops Manager. Please note that Ops Manager is available as part of the MongoDB Enterprise Advanced subscription. You're welcome to evaluate Ops Manager, however, you'd need an active MongoDB subscription to use it in production. From our record, it doesn't seem that you have an active MongoDB subscription. If you believe that this account should currently be covered under an active MongoDB Support subscription, please contact your MongoDB Account Executive. Thanks, |
