Context: Currently it's not possible to specify the HTTPS CA certificate mms.https.CAFile parameter using the Ops Manager web UI configuration page, only the SSL PEM file and its password. Please add a note to this page https://docs.opsmanager.mongodb.com/current/tutorial/configure-ssl-connection-to-web-interface/ specifying the following:
