 Description

For MongoDB 3.6, the $dateToString will get the extra %a, %b, and %e operators. They act the same as "man strftime" (except that they ignore the local and use ENglish):

%a The abbreviated name of the day of the week.
%b The abbreviated month name
%e the day of the month as a decimal number, but a leading zero is replaced by a space.

As the SERVER ticket is still in backlog, will open docs ticket when server work is done.

Am going to close this as the SERVER-29627 ticket seems to be in backlog. When that ticket is resolved, as long as it has Docs Changes "Needed", we have a script that will generate a corresponding DOCS ticket and link.
