(Let me know if this is not correct way/place to log documentation bugs.) http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/administration/security/ Reads: Changes the main port on which the mongod or mongos instance listens for connections. Changing the port does not menacingly reduce risk or limit exposure. I think author meant "meanningfully", not "menacingly". |
