You morons created a system where yet again only the elitist developers or admins have working knowledge of working with this system. Your salespeople claim you've made it easy but you've made it impossible to use unless you even know what ssh or tls is let alone how to use it. So in order to use your prodoct I have to sent myself and my tech guy to the internet for freaking hours instead of following simple instructions. You had one job... one. Create a database interface that a novice can use, nope, your job was to have a high-level developer create another high level page of documentation that will rarely be used unless you are like a super admin. Your guys and girls in documentation apparently forget how much they know and need to remember that for people starting out... most of your "documentation" might as well be written in Aramaic. |
