Yes, all we might need to do for this is backport the relevant text to the current published manual pages (3.4). |

I think we already do this? we blurb about filtering on any output field and a later section on the output field mentions views/collections for the type field Let us know if you all want is called out a bit more. |

Actually, i think the documentation page should mention that you can filter on any field returned by listCollections rather than explicitly calling out views. |
