We need instructions on how to connect from Tibco Spotfire. Secure connections from Spotfire Desktop can be done with use of the ODBC method which uses the C auth_plugin. |

This ticket and I registered for a 30-day trial version, and the options for download were "Use Spotfire on your desktop" and "Use Spotfire in your browser", so I guess those correspond to Desktop and Server, although (confusingly) after I downloaded the desktop version the app is actually called "TIBCO Spotfire Cloud". |
