 Description

While browsing https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/release-notes/3.6/ in Chrome, I noticed that
bits of the release notes' table of contents were blanked out. My screen resolution is 1366x768, but this did not appear to be related, as the issue persisted even when making the window much larger.

This isn't unique to the 3.6 release notes. I saw the same issue with 3.4, which also has multiple columns. Earlier release notes that were single-column had no issues.

See attached screenshots for a comparison of Chrome and Firefox.

Layout on https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/release-notes/3.6/ is no longer the same (just tested in Chrome), so this is resolved.

I was able to reproduce this on Version 64.0.3282.140 on OSX.

When first trying to reproduce on version 63, I was unable to. After upgrading to 64, I am experiencing a similar issue. I also tried a hard refresh and in incognito mode. See the attached screenshot.

Working fine on firefox and safari.
