 Description

In the restore sharded cluster procedure using a filesystem snapshot at the point 5 we state that if the shard hostnames change we only need to update the configuration database with the new shards hostname. This is partially correct because we will also need to re-configure the replica set with the new hostnames and this point is missing. Would be also nice to add more details on to the point 5 and add what exactly should be changed.

I believe this has been addressed as part of work done on DOCS-9517.

https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/restore-sharded-cluster/#restart-the-mongod-as-a-new-single-node-replica-set <- we now have more detailed instructions on hostname changes, when they are required, etc.

If there's additional feedback in context of those changes, please file a fresh ticket.
