 Description

The documentation page:
https://docs.mongodb.com/mongoid/5.2/tutorials/mongoid-indexes/

References the "drop-dups" option for creating an index, this option was removed in MongoDB 3.0, as seen in the release notes:

https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/release-notes/3.0-compatibility/#remove-dropdups-option

We should remove this example from the documentation since it's confusing.

Updated docs through 5.2.

The option is marked deprecated because current mongoid still supports server 2.6.

https://docs.mongodb.com/mongoid/5.2/tutorials/mongoid-installation/ says mongoid 5.2 supports mongodb 2.4 and 2.6, which I assume have this option, hence it would be appropriate for it to exist in mongoid 5.2 tutorial.

I will research which mongodb versions more current mongoids support.
