 Description   

The Compass JIRA project (COMPASS) is now public. We would like to filter users from the Compass docs to the COMPASS JIRA project now to let them know this is where to file bugs and feature requests.

I would say we include both, maybe make a note for paying customers to go to commercial support if they need something addressed immediately or something is blocking.

durran.jordan, in regard to kay.kim's question, should we pointing all users to the public COMPASS JIRA project? Should we still include Commercial Support in the Contact section?

Need to find out whether for people with enterprise subscriptions/mongodb professional subscription/etc, regardless of MongoDB tools they use, whether they still file with CS?
