 Description

https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/release-notes/3.6-upgrade-replica-set/#downgrade-consideration says:

"Once upgraded to 3.6, we recommend downgrading to the latest patch release of 3.4."

This can be misconstrued as an imperative statement to downgrade to the latest patch release of 3.4 after installing 3.6. Suggest making it clear that this applies only if a downgrade is otherwise required.

Have not checked the release notes pages for earlier releases to see if they have the same issue.
