Hi Hiren,

Via our installation documentation page,
under Supported Platforms

> Changed in version 3.4: MongoDB no longer supports 32-bit x86 platforms.

If you are restricted to 32-bit Windows 7, then you will need to download 3.2 or earlier version of MongoDB. Please note that 32-bit MongoDB installations are restricted to 2GB of data, which includes the data and the indexes on that data. There are other limitations as documented here. If possible, please use a machine that supports 64-bit operating systems for installing MongoDB.

As an alternative, please take a look at MongoDB Atlas. You can create a Free Tier cluster in Atlas and get moving with MongoDB 3.4. You can take a look at our getting started guide for more information.
