:binary:`~bin.mongod.exe` results in a link that is just exe, rather than mongod.exe, which one would expect. This seems to have occurred when we went to the binary rather than program directive.
The mongod.exe reference is a good example. |

:binary:`mongod.exe <bin.mongod.exe>` works, so we should make the appropriate updates for the mongod.exe/monogs.exe links. |
