 Description

Description

The ldapAuthType value for database users is configurable via the public API.

The engineering ticket is here: https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/CLOUDP-28108

Looking at the docs for creating / updating a database user from the public API, it seems this field is missing from the documentation. https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/reference/api/database-users-create-a-user/

I'm not sure if this has already been accounted for, but wanted to file a ticket just in case!

rob.justice melissa.plunkett the possible values for ldapAuthType are NONE, GROUP, USER.

In parallel to the UI, NONE maps to SCRAM user, GROUP maps to LDAP group, and USER maps to LDAP user.

(apologies for the delayed response, was OOO)
