The docs for partial indexes state that you can specify a partialFilterExpression for all index types. The wildcard index restrictions do not call out partial indexes as unsupported, and in fact the considerations section points out that wildcard indexes are a sparse-type index. If there is consistent user demand for examples of partial wildcard index filters, we can consider making that update at that time. |
