Description

In https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/core/replica-set-architectures/#deploy-an-odd-number-of-members it says:

Ensure that the replica set has an odd number of voting members. If you have an even number of voting members, deploy an arbiter so that the set has an odd number of voting members.

I think it's worth also stating why. Perhaps a statement like the following before "If you have an even number...."

Having an odd number of members establishes a quorom to avoid "split-brain" scenarios in case of a network partition between data centers
