Description

Previously the [Atlas Terms of Service|https://www.mongodb.com/cloud-terms-and-conditions] said "If you deploy an M0 (Free Tier) MongoDB Atlas cluster, we may delete that cluster if there has been no activity in it for 30 days.".

The ToS was later softened to "We may deactivate your M0 (Free Tier) MongoDB Atlas cluster if you do not use it for 30 days, after which we will use commercially reasonable efforts to allow you to reactivate the cluster by request to us."

Given this, could we also soften the Operational Limitations of M0/M2/M5 doc slightly?  Currently it says: "Atlas may terminate idle M0 Free Tier clusters as per the Terms of Service."

Suggest changing the word "terminate" to "deactivate".
