| Description |
DescriptionWhen trying to Reset MFA in Atlas and after creating a DB user for it and follow the procedure written in the documentation, we get "The agent API key and project user resetting two-factor authentication do not belong to the same project. Please file a support ticket at support.mongodb.com for further assistance.". API key is required for the cloud MFA reset and not in the Atlas.
