Hey jeffrey.allen! Taking a look at this thread, I was wondering if we could potentially close this one since 5.1 has been released and DOCSP-10214 looks to be closed. Let me know! Thank you so much!

Got it thanks!

Hey ian.whalen , we've handled all of the publishing for 5.0 so everything should be all set there. However, there are some 5.1-specific items we'll need to address when 5.1 rolls around, notably DOCSP-10214 (Upgrade / Downgrade for Quarterly Versions). We'll be investigating / poking engineering for this info once we get a bit closer to 5.1, so for now I think it makes sense to leave this in the Open state.

Let me know if you need any further clarification on anything.

jeffrey.allen so version has been bumped. is that back to in progress? is it now done since 5.0 is out?

June 22, 2021 Epic-Level Update

  • No major movement on this epic. We're all set from an infrastructure / versioning perspective. Currently we're working on writing 5.0 content.
  • The only item that remains is to do the formal version bump to promote v5.0 to the main docs branch from "upcoming". We will prep the version bump a few days before live and then publish the updated versioning when 5.0 releases.

ian.whalen it might make sense to move this Epic back to Open until we are ready to do the version bump.

  • Updated internal wiki procedure for publishing to clarify some specific points for quarterly releases.
