Java Driver API doc does not have 'readConcern' as a supported option as an example here. However, the driver has been supported the option since version 3.2.

MongoDB 3.2 started to support readConcern

Java Driver Compatibility Matrix show driver 3.2 started to support MongoDB 3.2.

Per Jeff's comment, we can't update the older Javadoc API docs.

Javadoc can't be updated on older versions. Only going forward.
