 Description

It is stated for 2d indexes here:
http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/core/2d/#d-indexes

But a similar statement is missing on the 2dsphere page:
http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/core/2dsphere/#dsphere-indexes

Related server tickets are SERVER-2331, SERVER-3653.

It is also unclear if a 2d and a 2dsphere (one of each) can be created simultaneously on one collection.
