 Description   

A user is trying to access our websites developer.mongodb.com and docs.mongodb.com
and gets the status of ssl as expired
The browser flags no errors for the SSL certificates.
However, a screenshot to confirm the same is attached in the ticket.

The user mentioned it was an issue with their vpn hence resolving the ticket.

disha.gaur do we have information about the browser and region this users was accessing from? We are not able to reproduce this issue and Fastly cannot either.

Fastly reports these certs are valid.

colin.hoglund any idea why we might seeing certs expire when they are valid on fastly?
