Hi vanessa.baxmann, could you provide some more info? Specifically:

  • I'm not familiar with Support Portal syncing, could you drop a link to the relevant pieces so I can be sure I'm thinking about the right thing?
  • Is this something that makes sense as an FAQ item, under support, or do you think this is a larger topic?
