| Description |
DescriptionWe previously clarified 4.4 upgrade docs to indicate that a clean shutdown is a pre-requisite for upgrading to 4.4. Please also add this same requirement to Downgrading from 4.4 to 4.2. Confirming a clean shutdown is important here too. This would be for all 3 downgrade types (standalone, replica set, sharded). As with clean shutdowns prior to upgrading, this pre-req should remain in place for downgrade documentation for future versions Thank you!
