Description

SERVER-55313 demonstrates some confusion over a downgrade floor from MongoDB 4.2.6+ to any earlier version.

I'd like to request two changes:

1) Here, include with existing downgrade floor guidance daniel.gottlieb's guidance in SERVER-55313 about how to downgrade from 4.2.6+ to an earlier version.

2) Duplicate the same content about downgrading (including the above change) in the Downgrade 4.2 to 4.0 documentation

4.2 is EOL and no one should downgrade to it. Docs updates not needed.
