Break out the internal commands to a separate section or page in the http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/command/ list. This will make it easier to overview the commands 99% of the users will ever encounter. |

Totally doable, and even the queue for the next few weeks, the only complication is that we don't have a good sense of what constitutes an internal versus external command. |
